The most tumultuous national convention in American history, Vice President Hubert H. Humphrey took the nomination in Chicago amidst total chaos. Later that year Humphrey would announce that if he won, he'd withdraw from Vietnam. After that, Nixon's lead in the polls began to diminish. It's said that if the election was held a week later in November, the Vice President would have won. Of course, nobody knows what would have happened, but it was one of the most pivotal events in American political history that we're commemorating with just one of many t-shirts.

This design was created that Summer in 1968 and used on campaign merchandise. We redrew it by hand and created these super-soft, baby-knit t-shirt that look great on both men and women. They fit like a well-loved favorite. Made from 100% cotton, except for heather colors, which contain polyester.

• 100% ring-spun cotton (heather colors contain polyester)
• Baby-knit jersey
• Shoulder-to-shoulder taping
• Cover stitched and hemmed sleeves
• Side-seamed
